All products are quality checked thoroughly before they are dispatched. If you believe there is a fault with your item, please contact us via email or phone within 7 days.
Refunds/credit or exchanges may be awarded at our discretion. Refunds/credit will only be given on the item value; delivery charges are not refundable.
Items on sale are strickly non refundable or exchangeable.
