Like the gem stone turquoise, Atomic Turquoise is a unique
and ethereal shade. Atomic Turquoise must be applied
to bleached or pre-lightened hair for best results.

not tested on animals. It's made with only the finest
ingredients including herbal extracts like chamomile.
Manic Panic colour is strong yet gentle and nurturing, adding moisture to processed hair, unlike other harsh imitations.
It can be used to achieve intense bright colours on hair
that has been pre-lightened to a very blonde/white.
Some colours (particularly dark colours) will give
a highlight to natural unbleached hair.
