Orders are made through our online shop via our convenient, easy to use shopping cart.

Offline Orders


If you would prefer, you may place your order offline. You may place an offline order by any of the following methods:

International Orders

Unfortunately at this stage orders can only be made and delivered within Australia.

Order Process/Out of Stock Items

Orders will usually be processed and sent within 48 hours of your payment being received.

Occassionally some products may not be in stock although it appears they are not, due to admin delays. If this is the case, we will notify you to see if you wish to proceed with your order. Products will then be dispatched immediately when it becomes in stock again. If you order contains both in stock and out of stock items, your in stock items will be sent when payment is received and the out of stock product will be sent as soon as it arrives at no extra postage charge.


Out of stock items may be placed on back order. If you are interested in purchasing an Out of Stock item please email us and we can place it on back order for you.

If you wish to amend or cancel you order please contact us immediately. We cannot be held responsible if your order has already been processed.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat fee of $6.95 for all orders, unless otherwise stated in the item product description. Heavy or large items may incur additional postage charges.
An additional charge of $2.95 will be applied for orders sent by registered post which includes insurance coverage up to $100. Extra cover can be purchased for $1.20 per $100.

Shipping Methods

Orders are usually sent by Australia Post and occasional by courier service.
Care is taken when packaging your order, however once the package has been sent, it is out of our control. Therefore Taffeta Punk cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost or damaged in transit. It is for this reason that we recommend your order be sent via registered and insured mail.
If you would like your order sent via Registered mail, please choose that option in the order process or contact Taffeta Punk immediately.

Pick ups

As Taffeta Punk is an online retail store and does not operate out of a shop front, unfortunately pickups are unavailable and all orders must be sent by post.
