Pick ups

If you wish to place an order online but pick it up from the store, please select the "Pick Up" shipping option during checkout. Please allow 2 days for your order to be prepared. If you need an order urgently, please contact us asap

Online Ordering

Orders are made through our online store via our convenient, easy to use shopping cart.

If you would prefer not to place your online, you can place an offline order by phone.

International Orders

Orders can be made internationally but unfortunately at this stage we only deliver to addresses within Australia. In some circumstances arrangements for international delivery can be made, please contact us for enquiries.

Order Process

After you have placed and paid for your order it can take a few days for us to identify your payment. After your payment has been located it can take up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed, packaged and posted. We try our best to process your order as quickly as possible, however sometimes delays do occur. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes and make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. These estimates are for normal times of the year, longer delays can occur during peak holiday season.

Shipping Costs / Methods

All orders are sent by Australia Post, either Registered or Express Post.

Care is taken when packaging your order, however once the package has been sent, it is out of our control. If you would prefer your order to be sent via registered post, please include this in the comments section during checkout. Taffeta Punk cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost or damaged in transit.

Out of Stock Items

Due to administration delays stock levels may display incorrectly in our webstore at the time of your purchase. If this is the case, we will notify you that the product is out of stock and if/when it is due back in. In these cases it is your choice if you wish to continue with your purchase. If payment has been made and you no longer wish to proceed with your order, a full refund will be issued. If you choose to proceed with your order, once the products you ordered come back in stock, your order will be processed and dispatched immediately.

In cases of clothing and shoes, on some occasions all sizes are available for purchase however we do not keep all sizes and all styles on hand. Once your order is placed, your size will then be ordered and you will be notified of the estimated delivery time. This processing and shipping delay has been taken into consideration in the pricing of these items.
